Jim and I were high school sweethearts and were married after high school.  We had one lovely daughter, Elizabeth Ann (Betsy).Jim worked in the research department at Reynolds Tobacco and later for Burlington Industries.

Jimmy and I were childhood friends.  We would ride our bikes to Foster's Store and get the bubble gum w/cards.  I would always give my Babe Ruthe (or whoever to Jimmy).  I didn't realize I was giving away $$$ for the future.  We would buy the little cokes and put peanuts in it.  What a wonderful memory to have.  Jimmy's family lived next to ours.
