Tommy Trivette died from injuries sustained in Viet Nam in Quang Ngai, South Viet Nam when he was 23 years old (May 23, 1967). He was in the 196th Light Infantry Brigade of the US Army. His name is on the Viet Nam Memorial in Washington, DC.
Tommy was a student at John W. Moore School before graduating from Reynolds in our class. He and his family attended Ardmore Methodist Church. He was always a quiet, gentle and kind person.

I grew up a block and one half from Tommy Trivette. I remember him at Moore and at Reynolds as a kind and gentle guy. I have taken my daughters to the Viet Nam Memorial in Washington, DC and shown them his name there. I thank him for his service to our country.
